Rutger Puts

Rutger Puts has over 25 years of professional experience in the field of technology and engineering. Rutger began their career in 1996 as a Polymer Research Scientist at BFGoodrich. In 1999, they joined DuPont, where they served as a Global R&D and Engineering Manager, R&D Manager, R&D Supervisor, and Senior Research Scientist. In 2014, they became the Global Engineering Director at Kuraray America, Inc. and, in 2021, they were appointed Sr. Director of Technology at Ionomr Innovations Inc.

Rutger Puts attended Radboud University from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry. Rutger then went on to Cornell University from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Polymer Chemistry.
