Johnnie Asencio

Johnnie Asencio has extensive work experience in the field of total rewards and compensation management. Johnnie is currently working as the Global Head of Total Rewards at IonQ since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Total Rewards & HR Systems at Vicarious Surgical Inc. from 2021 to 2022.
