Vishal Bhardwaj has over 25 years of professional experience in the field. In 1995, they began their career as a Sales Engineer with Heiza Boilers India Pvt Ltd. Vishal then moved to IEC Air Tools India Pvt Ltd in 1997 as an Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing (Northern India). In 1999, they joined Unimark Agencies as a Senior Executive Marketing. In 2000, they joined Hero MotoCorp Ltd. (Previously known as Hero Honda Motors Ltd.) as a Territory Manager - Service & Parts, Cluster Manager - Bangladesh & Nepal, and Zonal Manager - Spare Parts, Institutional & Rural Sales (Northern India). In 2014, they became the Country Business Head - Bangladesh & Sri Lanka with International Tractors imited. In 2016, they were appointed as the Regional Business Head - Turkey, Eastern Europe, CIS & Gulf Countries and Country Business Head - Turkey and Macedonia with International Tractors Limited (Sonalika Group). In 2019, they began working as a Freelancer Professional with FREELANCE CONSULTANCY / Self Employed. In 2020, they became a Freelance Consultant and Deputy General Manager - International Business with Preet Tractors Private Limited. Currently, they are the Head - Channel Sales with IoTechWorld Avigation Pvt Ltd.

Vishal Bhardwaj has pursued a variety of educational experiences. Vishal obtained a B.E. Mechanical from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 1991 and 1996. Vishal then went on to obtain a PGDMM in Marketing Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University between 1997 and 1999. Following this, they obtained a PGDRM in Retail Management from Symbiosis University between 2006 and 2008. Vishal then obtained a PGDSCM in Supply Chain Management from Symbiosis University between 2010 and 2011. Most recently, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Strategy (PGDIBS) from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) between 2012 and 2013.
