Senior Executive - Procurement

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain optimum inventory levels to align with the forecasted demand & financial plan.
• Work closely with Product Managers to get market insights.
• Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and         keep the ERP up to date.
• Maintenance of master data periodically to ensure data accuracy.
• Managing daily back orders.
• Develop supplier performance through continuous feedback.

REQUIREMENTS
• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics/CPSM/ CIPS/CILT/ISMM/ Dip ITC        or relevant qualifications.
• 5-6 years relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in demand forecasting & planning or
International inbound logistics.
• Experience in working with an ERP system.
• High competency in MS office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willing to work according to Australian calendar and if required Australian working hours.
