Sphri Tasnimun Matin

Tasnimun Matin, SPHRi has over 10 years of diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tasnimun is currently the FAGM HR & Head of Organizational Development at IPDC Finance, where they focus on talent engagement initiatives, employee onboarding, and performance improvement plans. Prior to this, they served as the Country HR Manager at (MILVIK) BIMA, where they oversaw HR operations. Tasnimun also has experience in talent acquisition and organizational development as the Lead, Talent Acquisition & OD at Summit Communications Ltd. In addition, Tasnimun has worked as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Accenture, a Senior Corporate HR Officer at Hop Lun (Bangladesh) Ltd., and an HR Freelancer. Tasnimun has a strong background in recruitment, selection, compensation management, and employee engagement. Before entering the field of HR, Tasnimun worked as a Recruitment, Training & Operations Responsible at Customer Experience Foundation. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, talent management, and operational HR functions.

Tasnimun Matin, SPHRi completed an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Business Administration, Rajshahi University, from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Clinical Mental Health from LifeSpring in October 2020, Senior Professional in Human Resources - International™ (SPHRi™) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2017, and People Management Skills for Professionals from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka in January 2015.
