Tasnimun has a strong background in recruitment, selection, compensation management, and employee engagement. Before entering the field of HR, Tasnimun worked as a Recruitment, Training & Operations Responsible at Customer Experience Foundation. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, talent management, and operational HR functions.
Tasnimun Matin, SPHRi completed an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Business Administration, Rajshahi University, from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Clinical Mental Health from LifeSpring in October 2020, Senior Professional in Human Resources - International™ (SPHRi™) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2017, and People Management Skills for Professionals from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka in January 2015.
