Ashley Norris

Ashley Norris, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Site Leader at Ipsen USA, where responsibilities include managing hiring, employee relations, and compliance matters. Previously, Ashley held the position of Human Resources Specialist at Endo Pharmaceuticals, assisting in employee performance management and disciplinary processes. Additionally, roles as Human Resources Manager at both STI PHARMA and ClinSmart involved talent selection, onboarding, and offboarding. Early career experiences include serving as Office Manager for Mecaer Aviation Group, supporting executive functions, and working as an Accountant at Komax Solar, handling accounts payable and receivable. Ashley Norris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from McDaniel College.
