Paul Thomson has over 25 years of work experience, starting with ADC Telecommunications in 1994 as a Sr. Support Engineer. In 2002, they joined L1 Identity Solutions as a Sr. Manager Field Service Engineering, where they were responsible for increasing the profit margin within the field service engineering organization from 8% to 39% over a two year period. Paul was also promoted to Sr. Manager Field Service Engineering and Repair. In 2009, Paul moved to SmartDrive Systems as a Deployment Support Manager. Finally, in 2012, they joined IPS Group, Inc. as the Director of Manufacturing and Customer Support, where they were responsible for managing and leading technical support, customer support management, call center, installations and field support teams, as well as manufacturing production deliverables and production planning.

Paul Thomson attended Brown College from 1991 to 1993, studying Electronics Technology.
