Sophie Horsten

Sophie Horsten is an experienced professional in commercial operations with a solid background in management. Currently serving as Manager of Commercial Operations at iPS Select since July 2023, Sophie has also held similar roles at iPS - Powerful People since January 2021. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Martens en Van Oord from August 2015 to December 2020, where responsibilities included Teamleader of International Rentals and Project Coordinator for Special Solutions. Additional management experience was gained at Dredge Pump Solutions, alongside roles as Advisor and Managing Director at GVS - Global Visa Services from January 2010 to December 2016. Sophie's career began as a Trainer/Instructor at Aquavitesse from 2005 to 2010.
