Carly Martins - ACCA

Carly Martins - ACCA has a long and varied career in the finance industry. Carly began their career in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant at The Department of Constitutional Affairs. In 2009, they took on the role of Head Credit Controller at Coffetek Ltd. Carly then moved to Hanson in 2007 as a Senior Credit Controller. In 2010, Carly moved to Air Products, where they held the roles of Cost Accountant, Fixed Asset Accountant, and Collections Associate and SAP Power User. In 2020, Carly joined MEATER | Apption Labs as a Finance Manager and Financial Reporting Accountant. Currently, Carly is a Finance Manager at Underwaterpistol (Ecommerce Agency) and a Financial Controller at IQ Endoscopes Limited.

Carly Martins has been studying accounting and finance since 2003, starting with AS Levels in Accountancy and Business Studies at City of Bristol College. Carly then furthered their studies with a Level 1 in Basic Book Keeping at the Institute of Certified Book Keepers in 2013. In 2014, they completed a Diploma in Level 3 Manual Book Keeping and a Level 2 in Computerised Book Keeping - Sage Instant Accounts, also at the Institute of Certified Book Keepers. Carly then went on to study Accounting and Finance at ACCA from 2015 to 2020, obtaining their Accountant certification in October 2020.
