Karen Lavine Bond

Karen LaVine Bond has extensive work experience in the finance field, primarily in various roles at Nestlé. Karen started at Nestlé as a Finance Management Trainee in 2003 and worked their way up to the position of Vice President Finance - Beverage Division in 2018. In this role, they were responsible for managing total Nestle USA Sales of $12+ Billion and $2+ Billion of promotion trade spend. Karen also served as the Director of Finance from 2013 to 2018, where they were responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for all 9 divisions within Nestle USA. Prior to these roles, Karen held positions as a Finance Manager for the Coffee-Mate and Nesquik brands, a Senior Financial Analyst for the Nesquik brand, and a Financial Analyst for the Cocoa & Nestea brands. Before joining Nestlé, they worked as a Finance Intern at Kraft Foods Group. Currently, Karen is working as the Vice President Finance at Nestlé Health Science starting in 2023.

Karen LaVine Bond attended Clarkson University from 1999 to 2003, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
