Job Summary

We are seeking a high energy, ambitious, qualified MSO/Cable Expert to join our customer success team working with Tier 1 and 2 MSO providers across North America. The successful candidate will work directly with our customers across the full network lifecycle from construction to sales to operations helping them understand IQGEO solution best practices, optimize, and automate their business processes using the IQGeo products.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to understand and document current business processes across the MSO life cycle including construction, sales, and network operations.
  • Strategize with customers to determine how IQGeo tools can optimize and automate existing business processes including determining implementation ROI.
  • Participate in on site visits with customers in the office and field.
  • Be the voice of the customer championing new product ideas to the IQGeo Product Management team. Act as a trusted advisor for the customer.
  • Conduct mentoring for customer teams on existing product functionality and introduce new product releases and modules.
  • Work in partnership with all areas of the IQGeo team including sales, delivery, product management, support, and engineering to deliver the best possible outcome for our customers.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Over 10 years of experience designing or working with managing Coax & Fiber networks.
  • Experience with Coax Network Field operations and Telemetry management.
  • Experience with PON architecture options
  • Direct experience of Coax & FTTH construction business processes
  • Experience using CAD or GIS fiber design tools
  • Comfortable addressing business and technical stake holders
  • A passion for business process optimization and problem solving

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or Telecom equivalent experience
