John Jacobi

John Jacobi is the current Chief Financial Officer at iQor. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at SunteckTTS from January 2014 to December 2019. Before that, they were the Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions at Ryder from August 1991 to October 2008.

John has over 28 years of experience in financial leadership positions. John has a wealth of experience in both the public and private sector, with a focus on transportation and logistics. John has a proven track record in operational improvements, business development, and integrations.

Under John’s leadership, SunteckTTS became a multi-mode transportation solutions provider and one of Comvest Partners’ portfolio companies. As CFO, John was responsible for leading due diligence and integration efforts on two targeted acquisitions. John also successfully closed one acquisition and implemented strategic operational initiatives across Supply Chain industry groups. As a result of these initiatives, John was able to drive revenue enhancement and fuel efficiencies, realizing $2M in benefit.

At Ryder, John was responsible for leading two business development efforts that totaled over $100M in size. John won one award for their outstanding work in this area. In addition to their work in business development, John also played a key role in acquisitions and integrations.

John Jacobi is an experienced and successful financial leader with a proven track record in transportation and logistics. John has a deep understanding of the industry and extensive experience in business development, acquisitions, and integrations. Under John’s leadership, companies have realized significant operational improvements and financial benefits.

John Jacobi has a MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business with an emphasis in finance. John also has a BS in accounting from Villanova University and is certified public accountant in Pennsylvania (not active).

John Jacobi reports to Gary Praznik, President, CEO & Director. They are on a team with Prabhjot Singh - Chief Digital Officer, Marty Lehtio - COO, and Runa Rosenfield - General Counsel.
