Karla Marquez

Karla Marquez has extensive experience in program management and customer relationship management, currently serving as the Director Account Manager at iQor since September 2016. In this role, Karla oversees three sites and one customer account, managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement while ensuring continuous improvement in customer performance metrics and satisfaction. Prior to joining iQor, Karla worked at Jabil from March 2006 to August 2016, where responsibilities included managing P&L statements and enhancing customer relationship performance. Karla holds degrees from Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua II, obtained between 1996 and 2001.
