Susan Halvorsen

Susan Halvorsen serves as the Vice President of Channel Partnerships and Business Development at iQor, an omnichannel CX BPO provider with a robust Generative AI ecosystem aimed at enhancing customer experience. Previously, Halvorsen held positions such as Vice President of Business Development and Program Chair for Supplier Diversity & Inclusion at Continuum Global Solutions, as well as Head of Business Development at Wagmo, Inc., where the focus was on pet insurance innovation. Additional experience includes roles at KellyOCG, UnitedLex Corporation, Conduent, Xerox, MSX International, The EXPERTS Bench, and Standard Register, where Halvorsen contributed to various aspects of business development, customer care management, and sales strategies. Halvorsen holds a BA with a double major in Geography and Urban Studies from Wayne State University.
