Lynn Willis

Lynn Willis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in curriculum design and development, currently serving as the Director of Curriculum Design and Development at IQVIA since January 2020. In this role, Lynn is responsible for overall curriculum design for training content and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to identify learning priorities. Prior to this, Lynn held multiple roles at Pilgrim Quality Solutions, including Associate Director of Curriculum Design and Development and Manager of Partner Enablement and Training, where Lynn developed a partner certification program and instructional content. Lynn's career at Pilgrim Quality Solutions spans nearly 15 years, encompassing positions such as Solution Manager, Education Services Supervisor, and Technical Support Specialist. Lynn holds a Master's degree in Workforce Development and Training from North Carolina State University and two Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from the University of South Florida.
