Kevin Henn has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Kevin began their career as Bar Supervisor at Jerry Flannery's Bar in 2011. In 2016, they moved to Amazon, where they held the roles of Customer Service Team Manager and Customer Service Associate. In 2021, they began working as Customer Success Manager UK and Ireland at iRaiser.

Kevin Henn completed a Fetac level 5 in Radio Broadcasting and Music Management at Limerick College of Further Education from 2011 to 2012. Kevin then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Theirtory and English from University College Cork between 2013 and 2016. In 2018, they earned a Master's degree in International Relations from the same university.
