Pau Santana

Pau Santana is currently serving as a Jr HPC DevOps at IRB Barcelona since July 2023, focusing on optimizing high-performance computing systems for biomedical research, specifically enhancing task scheduling with tools like Slurm and Open OnDemand. Previously, Pau held roles as a Jr HPC Systems Administrator and IT Technician at Escola Domemech Perramon, where responsibilities included network infrastructure management, server administration, user support, and security management. Additionally, during the Erasmus Program in Cyprus, Pau worked as a Web Developer at Paphos Studios of Art and Design, creating a website for an art school. Pau's academic credentials encompass a Higher Degree in Systems Administration and Cybersecurity from STUCOM Centre d'Estudis, ongoing since September 2023, and an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Escola Pia Mataró, completed in June 2023.
