Mike Seymour

Mike Seymour has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Mike started their career as a Systems Engineer at IBridge in 1998. Mike then worked at Nortel Networks, where they held various positions including Verification Engineer, Software Developer, and Technical Lead from 1999 to 2009.

In 2009, Mike joined Irdeto as a Test Automation Technical Lead. Mike later became a Technical Manager and then a Product Manager, where they led the rebuilding and rebranding of Cloakware Software Protection. Mike also played a key role in the product relaunch at Black Hat USA in 2017, which resulted in Irdeto's first contract in the Connected Transportation industry. Mike then transitioned to the role of Head of Engineering at Irdeto in 2018, where they lead a diverse team of 50+ employees. Mike is responsible for delivering core technology components and managing a multi-million dollar budget. Mike also owns the technical roadmap for three products and works closely with Product Management to understand market needs and requirements.

In 2018, Mike founded Cabot Tower Inc., where they are currently involved in undisclosed roles.

Mike Seymour has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Optimal Product Management and Product Marketing from The 280 Group in February 2018, and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in June 2016.
