Thalles Canale Buso

Thalles Canale Buso has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Regional Sales Manager at Irdeto since 2022. Before that, they worked as a Partner Sales Account Manager at Red Hat Brasil from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at F-Secure Corporation, including Field Channel Sales Manager from 2015 to 2019 and Senior Inside Sales LATAM from 2015 to 2018.

Thalles also has experience in sales coordination and analysis from their time at Azuma Kirin Company, where they worked as a Sales Coordinator from 2012 to 2014 and as a Sales Analyst from 2010 to 2012. Thalles gained early professional experience as an intern at Banco do Brasil in 2010 and as an Assistant Management at Tyr Tires Centro Automotivo Ltda. in 2009. Thalles also participated in an exchange program at Liberty Mountain from 2008 to 2009.

Thalles Canale Buso completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business and Foreign Trade from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie during the period of 2006 to 2010. In 2012, they pursued a High Performance Sales Management program at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, focusing on Channel Sales, Distribution, and Marketing. From 2017 to 2019, Thalles attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology Business Management.

Thalles also obtained several additional certifications. In December 2017, they achieved a certification in Phishing Detection from HoxHunt. In April 2020, they completed a course on "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" through LinkedIn. Thalles further acquired the certification "Getting Things Done" from LinkedIn in July 2021. Most recently, in October 2021, Thalles obtained the "Open Practices for your DevOps Journey (DO250)" certification from Red Hat.
