Stephen Ukute is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Since March 2016, Stephen has served as Managing Partner at iRecruiters Africa, where a focus on enhancing the hiring experience for African companies and job seekers is prioritized. Additionally, Stephen is a Partner at Dunn and Braxton and has been a Consultant and Senior Recruiter at Evaluation and Staffing Africa since March 2013. Previous experience includes a role as Recruitment Consultant at FOSAD CONSULTING LTD., where responsibilities included sourcing and attracting top talent for mid-senior level positions, and an internship at ESAfrica that involved supporting the establishment of an NGO for graduate internships. Stephen holds a B.Sc. Hons. in Psychology from the University of Ado Ekiti, Nigeria (2005-2009).
