Helen Miller has a diverse work experience in various roles. Helen served as the Head of People Service & Rewards at Iress, where they were responsible for global remuneration governance, people policy, and reward programs. Helen worked for Monash IVF Group as an IVF Counsellor and St Mary's Parish Primary School as a Psychologist. Additionally, they worked as a Renovator and foster carer during their time being self-employed. Helen also held positions at ANZ as a Senior Manager Remuneration & Rewards, where they implemented performance and remuneration changes for over 50,000 employees. Prior to that, they worked as a Remuneration Manager at AMP, where they refined remuneration approaches and consulted on executive pay design. Helen began their career at EY as a Performance & Rewards Senior Consultant, providing advice on effective reward structures and conducting vendor due diligences.

Helen Miller completed their education at The Cairnmillar Institute in 2017, where they obtained a Master of Professional Psychology degree in the field of Psychology. Prior to that, they attended the University of Melbourne, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Commerce degree in Psychology, French, and Accounting. Helen also achieved an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Melbourne. Helen Miller has additional certifications as a Registered Psychologist from the AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
