Chris Wang

Chris Wang is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and team management. Currently serving as Senior Director Of Engineering at iRobot since March 2022, Chris previously held the position of Vice President Of Engineering at Ascent from January 2020 to February 2022, and Director Of Engineering at Instructure from October 2015 to January 2020. Notable achievements include driving the transition from monolithic to service-oriented architecture and growing teams significantly throughout various roles. In earlier positions, Chris demonstrated expertise in technology implementation, project management, and team development across multiple companies, including honestbee and LifeOpp. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stanford University, along with a Master of Arts in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary.
