Kristen Jamison has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in human resources and administration. Kristen started their career in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant at Team Construction, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined Glens Falls National Bank & Trust Co. as a Human Resources Representative. Over the years, they progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Employee Services Specialist and Employee Development Specialist. In 2017, they moved to Iron Bow Technologies, where they initially worked as a Human Resources Assistant before becoming a Human Resources Generalist. Throughout their career, Kristen has showcased their expertise in various areas of human resources and administration.

Kristen Jamison obtained their Bachelor's degree in Labor Studies from the State University of New York Empire State College, where they attended from 2014 to 2015. In addition, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in October 2019.
