Ruben Lombrana

VP, Houston Client Experience at IronEdge

Ruben Lombrana has spent more than 20 years in the Information Technology industry. After graduating from The University of Texas at El Paso, Ruben went to work as a civilian for the US Army at Ft. Huachuca where he began his networking and infrastructure career. After gaining this valuable experience, he decided to move into the enterprise consulting space designing, implementing, and optimizing network infrastructure for a variety of clients such as MCI, USAA, and El Paso Energy. It became clear to him that as important as or more important than technical acumen of the consultants, was the ability to communicate, set the right expectations, and ensure client satisfaction. With this in mind, Ruben moved into a management/account management role that focused on client satisfaction and retention, employee satisfaction and retention, and day to day operations.

Within IronEdge, Mr. Lombrana primary responsibility is for the assurance of quality service to the clients providing oversight on business workflow, client satisfaction, strategic business reviews, and business development.
