Charles Tseng

Charles Tseng has over 20 years of experience in various IT management roles. Charles is currently working as the Director of IT Operations at The Irvine Company since June 2021. Before that, they served as the Director of Strategy & Decision Support at Warner Bros. Entertainment from March 2019 to June 2021. In this role, they oversaw a technology portfolio worth over $500 million and played a key role in creating the company's future-state IT vision. Charles also worked as the Director of IT Strategy & Technology Business Management at Viacom from September 2009 to November 2018, where they managed a global technology operation portfolio of over $300 million and led strategic initiatives. Prior to that, they worked as a Team Lead/Project Manager at Toyota, managing the company's web portal and leading a team of 20 staff members. Charles also has experience as a Consultant at Sapient and Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Overall, they have a strong background in IT strategy, project management, and technology business management.

Charles Tseng holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
