Karen Meno

Karen Meno, SPHR has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Karen currently holds the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Irvine Company, a role they have been in since July 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Irvine Company from February 2012 to July 2020.

Before joining Irvine Company, Karen worked as the Human Resources Director at Portofino Hotel & Yacht Club from March 2009 to February 2012. Karen was also the Training Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 1998 to 1999 and started their career as a Sales Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC in 1997.
