Jean-Philippe Bertrand has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jean-Philippe began their career at Ville de Montréal, where they worked as a Blue Collar employee during the summers from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Pratt & Whitney Canada as an ERP System Integration Analyst for a brief period. Jean-Philippe then worked as a Production Supervisor at Pratt & Whitney Canada in 2016. In 2017, they became a Business Analyst in the Global Supply Chain department at IAMGOLD Corporation. Jean-Philippe continued their association with IAMGOLD in 2018 as an External Consultant in Global Supply Chain before joining ISAAC Instruments as a Technical Support Specialist later that year. At ISAAC Instruments, they quickly progressed to roles such as Customer Experience Solution Specialist and Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations at ISAAC Instruments, a role they assumed in January 2020.
Jean-Philippe Bertrand pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting in 2013 and ending in 2021. From 2013 to 2017, they attended École de technologie supérieure and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Industrial Engineering. Following this, they enrolled at Université de Sherbrooke in 2019 and completed their studies in 2021, earning a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
Additionally, in April 2018, Jean-Philippe Bertrand obtained the certification of Professional Engineer (PE) from Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
