Luana Camará

Luana Camará has a diverse work experience that spans across various sectors. Luana started their career as an Internal Communication assistant at Eletrobras, where they developed systems to track news and updates from the company's subsidiaries and managed editorial calendars for internal communications. Luana then worked as a Digital Marketing Analyst at Agência HQT, where they developed and executed digital content strategies for local brands.

Afterward, Luana served as a UX Designer at Uma Gota no Oceano, an environmental NGO, where they conducted user research and worked closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a user experience aligned with the organization's mission. Luana then joined Americanas S.A. as a Product Designer, analyzing user traffic and implementing data-driven decisions, working on segmentation techniques, and designing the framework and content guidelines.

Most recently, Luana worked as a UX Designer volunteer at Casinha Acolhida, an NGO supporting LGBTQIA+ rights, where they focused on improving the donation experience by working on projects for the NGO's website. Currently, they hold the position of Product Designer at isaac, the largest financial solutions platform for schools and families in Brazil. Their role involves impacting over 1,300 schools and more than 300 by designing for their SaaS product.

Luana Camará began their education in 2020 when they completed a Formation in UX Research from Alura. In 2021, they furthered their studies and obtained certifications in various areas, including UX Writing, User Experience, User Stories, Emotional Intelligence, Information Architecture, Assertive Communication, and UX Design.

In 2022, Luana attended Tera, where they completed a Bootcamp in UX Design. Luana also obtained certifications in Design Thinking from Escola Conquer and UI Design Patterns for mobile interfaces from Alura.

Continuing their education in 2023, Luana pursued a postgraduate degree in Interaction Design, Web, and Games at Universidade do Porto. Luana also received certifications in Product Discovery and Product Analytics from Cursos PM3. Additionally, Luana obtained a Membership Certificate in Interaction Design from The Interaction Design Foundation.

Luana's academic background prior to 2020 includes a degree in Social Communication - Journalism from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, which they completed between 2014 and 2017.
