Mohammad Ashraful Anam has a long and varied work experience in the field of software engineering and academia. Mohammad Ashraful began their career in 2003 as a Lecturer at Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology. In 2010, they joined University College London as a Research Associate and PhD Student. In 2012, they completed a Summer Placement at ARM. From 2007 to 2008, they were a Team Manager at UNDP. In 2018, they became a Visiting Lecturer at City, University of London. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at iSize Technologies.

Mohammad Ashraful Anam obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UCL between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology between 2005 and 2008.
