Lisw-S Rachel Fahey

Rachel Fahey, LISW-S, CPHQ, has a Master's degree in Social Work from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University. Rachel has held various titles in the field of social work, including Director of Social Services and Clinical Analyst.
