Audra Pakalnyte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership and consultancy roles across multiple sectors, including venture capital, fintech, recruitment, and community development. Currently a Partner at First Move, a consumer-centric venture capital firm, and a Board Member at isLucid, an AI meeting assistant company, Audra has previously served as the Head of FavePay Later at Fave, a leading fintech platform in Southeast Asia. Audra's earlier roles include positions such as Program Director at StartupMalaysia.org, Founder of PlateCulture, and Human Resource Manager at Symphony HRS, among others. Audra holds a Bachelor's degree from Vytautas Magnus University and a certificate from Arizona State University in Rapid Startup School.
