Jean Crawford-Dias

Jean Crawford-Dias has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jean began their career in 2012 as an English Teacher for the Inclusion Toward Diversity Project at PUC Minas. In 2015, they taught English at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais and also worked as an English Teacher at GoAhead Course and Instituto Eros Gustavo.

In 2018, Jean transitioned to the hospitality industry and worked as a Host/Server at Street’s Fine Chicken until 2020. Jean then joined Goodwill Central Texas as a Customer Service Associate for a few months in 2021.

From 2021 to 2023, Jean worked at Accenture in various customer support roles, including Customer Support Associate, Quality Assurance DO, Email Support and Risk Agent, and Customer Support Subject Matter Expert. Jean was responsible for providing support in Portuguese and English.

Currently, Jean is a Business Development Associate (Bilingual) at ISN, starting in 2023.

Jean Crawford-Dias attended PUC Minas from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters.
