Anita Vasudevan

Anita Vasudevan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Anita is currently working at iSOCRATES LLC as the Senior Director HR. Prior to that, they held the position of Director at Synamedia for a brief period in 2022. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at Sonata Software as the HR Leader and L & OD Leader. Before that, Anita worked at Cisco from 2012 to 2013 as the Leadership Development and Content Development Leader. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Learning Consultant and part of the Learning & Organization Development team at IBM India Pvt Ltd. Anita also has experience working at Mahindra Satyam, where they held the position of Lead Consultant - Global Learning Services from 2005 to 2009. Their early work experience includes training and HR roles in various organizations between 1993 and 2005.

Anita Vasudevan has a diverse education history. In 2007-2008, they pursued an Executive MBA (C.G.B.L.) in Management from U21 Global, Singapore and Harvard Business School Publishing and SSL. In 2014, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and obtained a degree in Creating High-Performance Organizations, specializing in Organization Development. In 2018, Anita Vasudevan became a Global Fellow in Talent Management from The Wharton School. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Virtual and Hybrid Meeting Essentials and Building Connection and Engagement in Virtual Teams from LinkedIn in 2022, Strategic Human Resources from NHRD in 2021, and Hiring and Developing Your Future Workforce from LinkedIn in 2019. Anita also holds a certification as a Global Talent Management Leader from TMI-Talent Management Institute.
