Zaki Shah

Zaki Shah has extensive work experience in various HR and training roles. Zaki is currently the Director of Corporate HR & Learning at Zepto. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and L&D at Nature's Basket Limited from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they served as the Regional Manager of Training & Development at Titan Company Limited from 2014 to 2018. Zaki also worked as a Training Manager at Smollan from 2013 to 2014 and as a Deputy Manager of Training at Reliance Retail from 2011 to 2013. Zaki started their career as a Senior Associate in Training & Development at Future Group in 2008, where they worked until 2011.

Zaki Shah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from KJ Somaiya College of Science & Commerce, where they studied from 2001 to 2004.
