Robert Marriott

Robert Marriott has a long and varied career in the healthcare and medical device industries. Robert began their career in 1998 as a Research Associate at Aastrom Biosciences and then as a Midwest Territory Manager at Caltag Laboratories. In 2000, they became a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager at Abbott Laboratories, followed by a Quality Professional role in 2006. Robert then moved to GE Healthcare as a Program Manager before joining BloodCenter of Wisconsin as a Director of Quality and Regulatory Resources and Quality Systems Analyst in 2007. In 2017, they became an Internal Executive Consultant/Continuous Improvement Manager at Dayton Children's Hospital, followed by a Vice President of Quality, Data Protection, and Regulatory Compliance and Senior Director of the Office of Quality Assurance at RTI Health Solutions in 2019. In 2021, they were appointed as a Scientific Affairs Director in North America at Alliance Pharmaceuticals Limited, and they currently serve as Director of Quality Systems at Isolere Bio since 2022.

Robert Marriott obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Detroit Mercy in 1996. Robert then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Economics at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, but did not complete the program. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in ASQ Lean Six Sigma Training for Healthcare, Quality System Requirements and Industry Practice (21 CFR 820), and RABQSA ISO QMS Lead Auditor (9001, 13485) from ASQ and the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI).
