Patricia Forde

Patricia Forde has a strong background in human resources and transformation. Patricia currently works as the People and Transformation Director at ISPCC since 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Human Resources UK & Ireland - Commercial & Marketing Functions at Danone from 2014 to 2020, where they led a global transformation project and was responsible for managing leavers under the Danone Redundancy Programme. Patricia also served as the Head of HR Nutricia Medical Ireland at Nutricia from 2009 to 2014. Before that, they worked at Tesco and Tesco Ireland in various roles, including Capability & Talent Manager and Project Leader - Operational Learning, where they developed training programs and designed FETAC modules for retail. Patricia Forde's career also includes experience as a National Employee Relations Manager at Tesco Ireland and a Regional Human Resources Manager at Boots The Chemists Ireland. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in HR management, transformation, and people development.

Patricia Forde holds a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology from University College Cork, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. Patricia also obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology, focusing on Industrial and Clinical Psychology, from the University of Galway. Patricia received a Diploma in Business Studies from Technological University Dublin, with a field of study in Learning and Development. In 2019, they completed Level 7 CIPD Qualifications in Organizational Development and Design. Patricia has acquired additional certifications, including a Diploma in Digital Transformation from UCD Professional Academy in 2022, ACE Executive Coaching Accreditation from Thomas Preston and Associates in 2016, Client Practitioner - Insights Discovery (reaccredited 2019) from Insights in 2015, and a Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching from Kingstown College ECSL in 2010.
