Tal Alon Cohen

Tal Alon Cohen is an experienced project manager with a strong background in CRM project leadership and cross-departmental collaboration. Currently serving at Isracard since August 2021, Tal leads a significant CRM initiative that enhances customer service efficiency for over 500 representatives. Previous roles include project management at Clalit Health Care and the Israel Air Force, along with PMO responsibilities at Tnuva and Teva. Tal has a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering Management from Ruppin Academic Center and a diploma in Product Management from Tel Aviv University. The current CRM project at Isracard has garnered a nomination for an outstanding project for 2023 by the Israeli Committee for Information Technologies.
