Ofir Isler

Ofir Isler has a diverse background in the aerospace and defense industry. Ofir has held various leadership positions at companies such as IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, Israeli Air Force, and Elbit Systems Israel.

At IAI, Ofir served as the Managing Director for the India subsidiary, where they oversaw all aspects of the business and operational activities. Ofir was responsible for contract negotiations, sales activities, and project management, ensuring successful execution.

Prior to that, Ofir worked in the Israeli Air Force, holding positions such as Senior Director in the IT Division and Squadron Commander of the "Eitan" Squadron for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). In these roles, they managed diverse activities within the IT division, led collaborations and project development between different branches of the IDF, Ministry of Defense, and defense industry, and commanded a squadron specializing in remote piloted aircraft.

Earlier in their career, Ofir held a managerial position at Elbit Systems Israel, where they established and managed a new department within the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Division. Ofir was responsible for managing personnel, planning future projects, and maintaining relationships with program managers and marketing executives.

Ofir Isler has a Director's Training Course from Tel-Aviv University - Lahav Executive Education. Ofir also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Additionally, they have completed the IDF Command and Staff College. Isler has a Master's degree in Legal Studies for Non-Law Graduates from Bar-Ilan University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the same university.
