Plamen Petrov is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef De Partie at ISS A/S since December 2023. Prior to this role, Plamen held the position of Sous Chef at Frøken olfert from April 2019 to December 2023 and worked as Chef de Partie at Homemate A/S from May 2016 to April 2019.
