Plamen Petrov

Plamen Petrov is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef De Partie at ISS A/S since December 2023. Prior to this role, Plamen held the position of Sous Chef at Frøken olfert from April 2019 to December 2023 and worked as Chef de Partie at Homemate A/S from May 2016 to April 2019. Earlier experience includes Sous Chef at Grand vue restaurant Fisketorvet from April 2014 to February 2018 and Chef at Restaurant Akropolis from September 2010 to July 2013, specializing in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. Plamen began the culinary journey as a Cook/Chef at Holiday Inn-Sofia in 2008 and gained early experience as a Casual Waiter in the Food & Beverage Department at Hilton Sofia from December 2004 to May 2007. Plamen holds an AP Degree in Hospitality Management from Business Academy Copenhagen North and a Chef Technologist degree in Production Engineering and Catering Service from Professional Culinary School - Aleko Konstantinov.
