Ashraf Makram

Ashraf Makram has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ashraf currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Director - IST at Majorel X, where they have successfully transformed the HR strategy to optimize organizational effectiveness and drive business growth. Prior to that, they held the same role at IST Networks. Ashraf has also worked as the CEO of Mentor HR Made Simple, providing HR consultancy services. Ashraf has a background in compensation and benefits, having worked as a Senior Total Rewards Freelance Consultant at JOBMASTER Human Capital Solutions. Earlier in their career, Ashraf held various HR positions at Ericsson and Alcatel-Lucent, including Regional Total Rewards Head and Regional Compensation & Benefits Director. Ashraf also has experience in HR business partnering and talent acquisition. Ashraf's career started at Western Union as an HR Business Partner, and they previously worked at Aria Systems Inc and AIESEC Egypt in HR roles as well. Overall, they have a strong background in HR strategy development, compensation and benefits, and HR consultancy.

Ashraf Makram earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and International Relations from The American University in Cairo from 1994 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their IGSCE at Manor House School from 1992 to 1994.
