The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing the global internal recruitment strategy. This role involves identifying talent, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process, and collaborating with various departments to fulfill internal hiring needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also focus on maintaining a strong employer brand.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a global or regional recruitment role with an Executive Search firm. Experience of leading a team would be preferred.
Proven track record of headhunting and closing internal and global positions for niche / senior level roles.
Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and processes.
Solid social media presence especially on LinkedIn.
