Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead talent acquisition team at ITBD Philippines. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a tremendous impact on the development and growth of the organization. We expect our team to double in size over the next few years. To achieve this ambitious goal, you will work collaboratively across ITBD to define and reach hiring targets on each team, devise and implement successful processes, and build efficient systems that serve our needs as we scale. Education and Qualifications:

  • Excellent assessment and selling skills.

  • Ability to set direction for recruiting and communicate across a large organization.

  • Excellent understanding of innovative sourcing techniques.

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills-ability to facilitate light training courses.

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Recruiter.

  • 3+ years’ experience in leading talent acquisition.

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent certification in HR/Business preferred

Requirement:

  • Partner with ITBD management team to develop hiring plans and set recruiting strategies to achieve goals.

  • Drive full-cycle Talent Acquisition for Philippines

  • Develop our employment brand on external sites (Glassdoor, LinkedIn) and partner with the Marketing department.

  • Devise efficient interview processes, including defining stakeholder roles, developing scorecards, creating questions for each interview stage, and developing work prompts.

  • Build pipeline and connect with talent using channels such as, LinkedIn, ITBD networks, community events, and other active recruitment techniques.

  • Track, measure, and analyze hiring process, using data to make decisions and optimize hiring processes.

  • Focus on leveraging all available mediums to ensure an optimum hiring quality within TAT.

  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates and compose job offer letters to selected candidates.

  • Enthusiasm and experience with making data-driven decisions.

  • Distribute metrics and provide performance reporting.

  • Create tickets and maintain candidate documents on Applicant Tracking System.

Talent Acquisition:

Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's volume hiring needs.

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing guidance, support, and training.

Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the team, promoting equal opportunities for all candidates.

Technology and Innovation: Leverage technology and innovative tools to streamline and enhance the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.

Employer Branding: Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Cultivate positive relationships with educational institutions, industry associations, and other relevant networks to enhance the employer brand.

Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment processes and regularly analyze metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment activities, including progress, challenges, and recommendations for optimization.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Facilitate effective communication and partnership between the talent acquisition team and various departments.
