Cindy Bai

Cindy Bai is the current director of HR for Pony.ai, a Chinese autonomous driving technology company. Prior to their current position, they served as an HR director for Zero Zero Robotics, a Chinese consumer drone company. Bai has over ten years of experience in the Human Resources field. Cindy began their career as a consultant for Careerfocus Human Resources Consulting before moving on to Google, where they worked as a recruiter for four years. Her next positions were at Nokia and Yahoo!, where they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Cindy Bai graduated from Beijing Jiaotong University with a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering & Automation.

Their manager is James Peng, Co-founder and CEO. They are on a team with Tiancheng Lou - Co-founder and CTO, Haizhou Zhang - Director, Public Relations and Marketing, and Jiayin Zhang - Director, HR - US.
