Elena Mileska Dvorchanec

Elena Mileska Dvorchanec is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist currently working at IT Labs since June 2022 and at Growth Labs Academy since September 2023. With a focus on full-cycle technical recruiting across EMEA, NA, and LATAM regions, Elena has a proven track record in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals, collaborating with external partners, and conducting market analysis. Prior to these roles, Elena served as a Human Resources Specialist at X3M Labs, enhancing recruitment processes and employee engagement, and as a Human Resources Trainer at Kromberg & Schubert, where responsibilities included employee orientation and development. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ss.
