Emma Sende

Emma Sende has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Emma has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Emma started as a Recruitment Assistant at Start People in 2004 before moving on to Adecco as a Recruitment Supervisor in 2005. In 2007, they became a Human Resources Generalist at IVI. Emma then joined DHL Supply Chain in 2011, starting as an HR Advisor before being promoted to HR Manager LLP Spain & Ford decentralized locations in 2015. In 2017, they transitioned to become an HR Manager at IGENOMIX, where they stayed until 2022. Emma then joined Power Electronics as a People, Talent & Culture Manager. In 2023, they started their own consultancy, Emma Sende, offering services as a Psychologist, HR Mentor & Coach. Later in the same year, they became the Chief People Officer at IT8 and also served as a Talent Strategy Manager. Emma Sende's work experience showcases their expertise in HR management, talent strategy, and people development.

Emma Sende completed their Licenciatura en Psicología in Psicología del trabajo from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela from 1999 to 2004. Emma then pursued an MBA at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 2009 to 2011. In 2004-2005, they obtained a Master en Dirección de Recursos Humanos from Universidad Intercontinental de la Empresa. Additionally, Emma Sende attended La Salle from 1995 to 1999. Emma later earned a Master en Liderazgo y Desarrollo Personal from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) in 2020-2021, followed by a Master en Coaching y Mentoring from the same institution in 2022-2023. Emma also obtained a Certification in THE COACHINGBYVALUES® Methodology from Zinquo in 2023. Emma Sende holds several additional certifications, including EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA), Professional Designation at Practitioner level from EMCC Global, Membership from the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology, Certified International CoachingxValues from Zinquo, and Membership from Col·legi Oficial de Psicologia Comunitat Valenciana.
