Heidi Davies

Heidi Davies has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. In their most recent role as a Program Manager/Project Management Consultant at Itasca Retail (now part of Upshop) since September 2020, they have utilized their certifications in PMP, MCPM, CSM, and CRM. Prior to that, they served as a Program Manager for the WPS Replacement Program at Scotiabank from March 2021 to March 2023. From January 2018 to August 2020, they worked as a Contract Sr. Delivery Manager/ScrumMaster at Scotiabank, applying their skills in PMP, MCPM, CSM, and CRM. Additionally, they have worked in various positions at RBC, Scotiabank PMO, Threshold Financial Technologies Inc., AJB Software, Sobeys Inc., Sobeys, and Sweda Inc., gaining valuable experience in project and program management, encompassing a wide range of initiatives. Throughout their career, Heidi has demonstrated expertise in financial and retail industries, including EMV certifications, transaction switch implementations, POS software rollouts, web portal development/implementations, hardware rollouts, and SAP implementation.

Heidi Davies' education history begins in 1982, when they attended Kingstec Community College. Heidi completed a program in Computer Programming and Systems Analysis and Design, but did not receive a specific degree. Later, in 2006 and 2007, they enrolled in the Schulich School of Business - Executive Program, where they obtained a Masters Certificate in Project Management. In 2007, they also attended PMI to earn a PMP Designation. Moving forward to 2009, Heidi studied at York University and received a CRM Designation in Risk Management. Lastly, in 2015, they attended Scrum Alliance and became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). In 2018, Heidi obtained another CRM Designation from Global Risk Management, Inc.
