Andrés C. Rodríguez has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Andrés C. started their career as a Hardware Engineer at Novadata in 1979, where they designed interfaces for computer-based industrial automation projects and trained technical personnel. Andrés C. then worked as a Systems Analyst at VASA - Pilkington Glass from 1982 to 1984, where they performed systems analysis and design for various IT projects.

In 1984, Andrés became a Partner in a startup team at R V Informática S.A., where they managed the technical design, implementation, and operation of the VTX videotex system. Andrés C. also represented the company in technical matters for national and international organizations.

Andrés C. joined C&O Informatica S.A. in 1990 as an Engineering Manager, responsible for the installation and maintenance of servers and related products for large accounts, including Accenture and Disco S.A.

From 2001 to 2007, Andrés held multiple roles at Disco S.A., including IT Research Manager, IT Infrastructure Manager, and IT Governance Manager. Andrés C. was involved in managing IT administrative matters, leading a team of technical analysts and consultants, and supervising IT infrastructure for a 240-store retail chain.

In 2007, Andrés took on the role of IT Management Chief - Argentina at Cencosud S.A., where they were responsible for IT administrative matters for all business units in Argentina, including budgeting, contracts management, HR management, and IT purchasing.

Finally, since 2008, Andrés has been a full-time Engineering Professor at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, teaching various classes related to engineering and serving as a member of the IEEE Standards Association P. 7011 group.

Andrés C. Rodríguez's education history begins in 1976 when they enrolled at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires to study Electronics Engineering. Andrés C. completed their undergraduate degree in 1981.

Many years later, in 2011, they returned to the same institution, the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, to pursue a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering. Andrés C. successfully completed the program in 2014 and earned the title of Magister in Telecommunications Engineering.
