Jason Banks

Jason Banks has over 30 years of work experience in various roles in the IT industry. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Identity at ITC Secure since August 2021. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Head of Strategy and Innovation at Identity Experts.

From 2008 to 2019, they held multiple positions at ThirdSpace, including Head of Innovation and Skills and Senior Consultant. Jason was responsible for delivering customer projects, developing tools and connectors, and providing technical leadership.

In 2001, Jason formed their own company, Progensys Ltd, where they acted as the MD/Principal Consultant. Jason provided consultancy and services for development and identity management projects.

Before that, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Capgemini Aspire (HMRC) from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they were the Chief of Research & Development at netSurity from 2003 to 2005, where they developed IT security products and services.

Their earlier work experience includes roles such as Consultant/Development Manager at WRDC Ltd from 1998 to 2001, Development Manager at Flying Colours Ltd in 1998, and Studio Manager at Invisible Cities Interactive Entertainment from 1996 to 1998.

Jason started their career as a Programmer at Flair in 1993, where they developed computer games for various platforms and was involved in the development of internal tools and engines for game development.

Jason Banks attended The Open University from 2002 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Maths and Psychology. The degree was still in progress during this time.
