Roberto Kippins

Roberto Kippins is an accomplished information technology professional with extensive experience in IT leadership roles. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Information Technology at itelCX since July 2021, Kippins has previously held significant positions at Emerge BPO, including Senior Information Technology Manager and Information Technology Manager, from September 2010 to July 2021. Earlier in the career, Kippins worked as a Network Engineer for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from August 2009 to September 2010. Kippins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
