Chad Stewart has extensive experience in project and alliance management within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Chad currently holds the position of Vice President and Head of Project Management at iTeos Therapeutics since March 2022. Prior to this, Chad served as Vice President and Head of Program & Alliance Management at PlateletBio from October 2020 to April 2022, where they played a crucial role in establishing the Program & Alliance Management function. Chad also held the position of Head of Program & Alliance Management at Immatics from May 2017 to October 2020. Before transitioning to program management, Chad worked as a Director of Project Management in the oncology field at Merck from March 2015 to May 2017. Chad also held roles in corporate development and project management at Shire Pharmaceuticals from January 2012 to March 2015. Chad's career began at GlaxoSmithKline in 2002, where they served as a Project Manager overseeing drug development teams in the oncology therapeutic area. Chad later took on the role of Senior Clinical Research Scientist. Prior to joining GlaxoSmithKline, Chad worked as a Clinical Research Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb and held positions in clinical microbiology and clinical data coordination at SmithKline Beecham. Chad's earlier years in the industry were spent as a QC Chemist at URL/Mutual. With their extensive experience and leadership roles, Chad brings valuable expertise to the organizations they have worked with.
Chad Stewart holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business. Chad also obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Microbiology from Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Bob Jones University. In addition, they have a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
